Production & Shipping Times


VAS strives to deliver your order as soon as possible. Below is a listing of approximate shipping times based on the product ordered.  

  • Stock Items (not personalized)
    • If order is placed by 1:00 pm (EST), your order will be shipped the same day.
  • Stock Item (personalized)
    • If the order is placed by 1:00 pm (EST), your order will ship 3-5 business days from the order date.
  • Out of Stock or Special-Order Item
    • Assuming that the supplier has stock, your order will ship 7-10 business days from the order date.  IF the item is currently not in stock with the supplier, you will be contacted so a decision can be made to either back-order or cancel the order.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST), over the weekend, or on a nationally recognized holiday will ship the following business day.


Shipping Destinations


We currently ship to the 50 US states only. 


Shipping Provider


Your order will be shipped via FedEx and will arrive anywhere in the continental U.S. in two days or less. FedEx delivers Monday through Saturday, with the exception of nationally recognized holidays. 

We currently are not offering any overnight or expedited shipping options.  If you need your order faster, please e-mail Customer Service or call 800.988.0800 to see if we can accommodate your request.

At this time, we cannot ship to P.O., APO, or FPO boxes.  FedEx will only deliver to physical street address.


Shipping & Handling Rates


FedEx Shipping and Handling: Rates are based on the order total. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska will pay an additional amount of $20 to the rates listed below.

Connecticut Children's Pick-up: Your item(s) will be bulked shipped directly to the Gift Store at 282 Washington Street, Hartford, Connecticut on a bi-weekly basis.  Production and delivery times will be extended with this option.  Please bring a copy of your order confirmation to pick-up your item(s).  Susan Davidoff ( will be your pick-up contact.  


Shipping Confirmations


You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse. The email will include the FedEx tracking number for your order as well as a link to the FedEx website where you can track the shipment.
