Order Cancellation

 

To cancel an order, you must have placed your order as a REGISTERED USER. Please be aware that we begin processing your order immediately.  For this reason, we ask that you cancel the order the same day it was placed before it ships by calling 800.988.0800.  If the order ships prior to you cancelling the order, your shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

 

Returns

 

  • Non-personalized items (stock) must be returned within 15-days of the purchase date to be considered for a refund.  Please secure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit.
  • Personalized or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Items have been inspected for defects. 
  • You can easily request a Return Authorization from VAS.
  • We can refund shipping and handling charges only if the return is a result of our error.
  • VAS reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

 

Credits are processed when we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

How to Return an Item

 

  • Verify that your item(s) meet(s) our Return Policy.
  • Request a Return Authorization Number from VAS by calling 800.988.0800 during business hours.
  • You will need a hard-copy of your original order confirmation email.
  • Securely package the item(s) for return.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
